Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for determining an impedance of an electrically conducting device (11), such as a battery or a welded metal joint, comprising the steps of: - applying a time-varying electric current (301 ) to the electrically conducting device (11), wherein the current (301 ) varies at least between a first level (31, 311) and a second level (33, 331), wherein the current (301 ) changes between the first level (31, 311) and second level (33, 331) within a time interval (302), wherein said time interval (302) is so short that a voltage response (39) of the electrically conducting device (11) exhibits a first local voltage extremum (36, 361 ) followed by a decay (364), wherein an ohmic resistance voltage (342) is adopted by the voltage response (39), when the first local voltage extremum (36, 361 ) has decayed, - acquiring the voltage response (39) at least partially, determining an impedance of the electrically conducting device (11) from the acquired voltage response (39).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'une impédance d'un dispositif électroconducteur (11), tel qu'une batterie ou un joint métallique soudé, comprenant les étapes consistant à : - appliquer un courant électrique variant dans le temps (301) au dispositif électroconducteur (11), le courant (301) variant au moins entre un premier niveau (31, 311) et un second niveau (33, 331), le courant (301) changeant entre le premier niveau (31, 311) et le second niveau (33, 331) dans un intervalle de temps (302), ledit intervalle de temps (302) étant tellement court qu'une réponse en tension (39) du dispositif électroconducteur (11) présente un premier extremum de tension locale (36, 361) suivi d'une diminution (364), une tension (342) aux bornes de la résistance ohmique étant adoptée par la réponse en tension (39), après diminution du premier extremum de tension locale (36, 361), - acquérir au moins en partie la réponse en tension (39), déterminer une impédance du dispositif électroconducteur (11) à partir de la réponse en tension acquise (39).
