Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to dual inhibition of Inhibitor of κB Kinase (IKK) 1 and IKK2 in a biological cell for the treatment of tumors. The invention provides compositions comprising IKK1 and IKK2 antagonists for use in medical treatments of proliferative disorders, in particular for the treatment of cancer. Most preferred in context of the invention is a gene editing approach for a targeted simultaneous knock out of the genes of IKK1 and IKK2 in a cell associated with the proliferative disorder.
(FR) La présente invention concerne la double inhibition de l'Inhibiteur de la Kinase kB (IKK) 1 et d'IKK2 dans une cellule biologique pour le traitement de tumeurs. L'invention concerne des compositions comprenant des antagonistes d'IKK1 et d'IKK2 destinés à être utilisés dans des traitements médicaux de troubles prolifératifs, en particulier pour le traitement du cancer. Le plus recommandé dans le contexte de l'invention est une approche d'édition de gène pour un knock-out simultané ciblé des gènes d'IKK1 et d'IKK2 dans une cellule associée au trouble prolifératif.
