Abstract:
(EN) A device (1) for forming plastic parisons (10) into plastic containers (20), comprising a plurality of blowing stations (8), each of these blowing stations (8) having blow moulding apparatus (14) consisting of two blow mould halves and a base mould and each blow moulding apparatus forming a hollow chamber within which the plastic parisons (10) can be formed into the plastic containers (20), said blow moulding apparatus being directly or indirectly releasably provided on blow mould carriers (16). Each blow moulding apparatus has at least one temperature-control device (30) comprising at least one electric heating element (32) for controlling the temperature of at least some portions of the blow moulding apparatus (14). According to the invention, the device (1) has at least one automatically releasable and/or automatically establishable electric connection (34) between at least one electric heating element (32) and the blowing station (8).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de formage d'ébauches en matière plastique (10) sous forme de récipients en matière plastique (20), comprenant une pluralité de postes de soufflage (8), ces postes de soufflage (8) présentant chacun un dispositif de moulage par soufflage (14) qui est constitué de deux demi-moules de soufflage et d'un moule de fond, le dispositif de moulage par soufflage formant respectivement une cavité à l'intérieur de laquelle les ébauches en matière plastique (10) peuvent être formées sous forme des récipients en matière plastique (20), le dispositif de moulage par soufflage (14) pouvant étant disposé de manière amovible directement ou indirectement sur des supports de moule de soufflage (16), chaque dispositif de moulage par soufflage présentant au moins un dispositif de mise en température (30) pourvu d'au moins un élément chauffant électrique (32) pour la mise en température au moins par endroits du dispositif de moulage par soufflage (14). Selon l'invention, le dispositif (1) comporte au moins une liaison électrique (34) pouvant être coupée et/ou établie automatiquement entre au moins un élément chauffant électrique (32) et le poste de soufflage (8).

Erfindungsgemäß weist die Vorrichtung (1) wenigstens eine automatisch lösbare und/oder eine automatisch herstellbare elektrische Verbindung (34) zwischen wenigstens einem elektrischen Heizelement (32) und der Blasstation (8) auf.
