Abstract:
(EN) A method for forming an adsorptive carbonaceous shaped body and shaped green body and adsorptive carbonaceous bodies obtained therefrom A method for forming an adsorptive carbonaceous shaped body comprising the following steps: a) providing an extrudable composition comprising a carbon precursor containing a halogenated polymer having a melting point and 0.1 to 8 wt%, based on the weight of the carbon precursor, of a processing aid selected from polysaccharides, polysaccharide derivatives, polyalkylene oxides, polyalkylene oxide derivatives, polyvinyl alcohol or polyvinyl alcohol derivatives or mixtures thereof, b) extruding the composition of step a) through a die to obtain a shaped green body, c) drying the product obtained in step b) and d) causing the pyrolysis of the halogenated polymer in the green body obtained in step c).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de formation d'un corps façonné carboné adsorbant et un corps cru façonné et des corps carbonés adsorbants obtenus à partir de celui-ci, un procédé de formation d'un corps façonné carboné adsorbant comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) à fournir une composition extrudable comprenant un précurseur de carbone contenant un polymère halogéné ayant un point de fusion et de 0,1 à 8 % en poids, sur la base du poids du précurseur de carbone, d'un auxiliaire de traitement choisi parmi des polysaccharides, des dérivés de polysaccharide, des oxydes de polyalkylène, des dérivés d'oxyde de polyalkylène, de l'alcool polyvinylique ou des dérivés d'alcool polyvinylique ou des mélanges de ceux-ci, b) extruder la composition de l'étape a) à travers une filière pour obtenir un corps cru façonné, c) sécher le produit obtenu à l'étape b) et d) provoquer la pyrolyse du polymère halogéné dans le corps cru obtenu à l'étape c).
