Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a brake disc comprising a friction ring consisting at least partially of a first material (101a/b) and a brake rotor hat (103) consisting at least partially of a second material that is different from the first material. In addition, the friction ring comprises a flange (203) formed in the axial direction and the flange is connected to the brake rotor hat by means of at least one connection element (102). The brake rotor hat and/or the flange is formed flat at least in the region of the at least one connection element (102). In this way, a stable mechanical connection is created between the flange (203) of the friction ring and the brake rotor hat (103).
(FR) L’invention concerne un disque de frein comprenant une bague de friction (101a/b) au moins partiellement en un premier matériau et un pot de frein (103) au moins partiellement en un deuxième matériau différent du premier matériau. Selon l’invention, la bague de friction comporte une collerette (203) formée dans la direction axiale et la collerette est reliée au pot de frein au moyen d’au moins un élément de liaison (102). Le pot de frein et/ou la collerette sont de forme plane au moins dans la région de l’au moins un élément de liaison (102). Il en résulte une liaison mécanique stable entre la collerette (203) de la bague de friction et le pot de frein (103).
(DE) Bremsscheibe mit einem wenigstens zum Teil aus einem ersten Material bestehenden Reibring (101a/b) und einem wenigstens zum Teil aus einem vom ersten Material unterschiedlichen zweiten Material bestehenden Bremstopf (103). Hierbei weist der Reibring einen in axial Richtung ausgebildeten Bund (203) auf und der Bund mit dem Bremstopf mittels wenigstens einem Verbindungselement (102) verbunden ist. Der Bremstopf und/oder der Bund ist wenigstens im Bereich des wenigstens einen Verbindungselements (102) eben ausgestaltet ist. Hierdurch wird eine stabile mechanische Verbindung zwischen dem Bund (203) des Reibrings und dem Bremstopfs (103) realisiert.
