Abstract:
(EN) The present disclosure provides systems and methods for separating colors in an image by automatically selecting color reference vectors that take into consideration the effect of light scattering, and principally how the light scattering changes the proportions of RGB channel signals in detected light at varying stain concentrations.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant de séparer des couleurs dans une image en sélectionnant automatiquement des vecteurs de référence de couleur qui prennent en considération l'effet de la diffusion de lumière et en particulier la manière dont la diffusion de lumière modifie les proportions de signaux des canaux RVB dans une lumière détectée dans des concentrations de teinture variables.
