Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for preparing a poly(meth)acrylic acid, characterized in that a (meth)acrylic acid-containing process stream from (meth)acrolein synthesis is subjected to free-radical polymerization. The invention also relates to the esterification of the polymer obtained to give a homopolymer or copolymer ester, and to the use thereof as additive, flow improver and water reducer.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un procédé pour la préparation d'un poly(acide (méth)acrylique), caractérisé en ce qu'un flux de procédé contenant de l'acide (méth)acrylique provenant de la synthèse de (méth)acroléine est soumis à une polymérisation radicalaire. L'invention porte également sur l'estérification du polymère obtenu pour donner un ester d'homopolymère ou de copolymère et sur son utilisation en tant qu'additif, agent améliorant l'écoulement et réducteur d'eau.
