Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to foamable heat-curable one-component epoxy resin compositions which contain aerogel particles, can be used in injection-molding processes, have a high stability during the foaming process and at the same time produce a low percentage in fine-grained material during the granulation step. The epoxy resin compositions are particularly suitable for producing structural foams.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des compositions de résine époxyde monocomposant expansibles et thermodurcissables contenant des particules d'aérogel, ces compositions pouvant être utilisées dans un procédé de moulage par injection, présentant une stabilité élevée pendant le processus d'expansion et permettant en même temps d’obtenir une faible proportion de matière à grains fins pendant l'étape de granulation. Ces compositions de résine époxyde sont particulièrement appropriées pour la fabrication de mousses structurées.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft schäumbare einkomponentige hitzehärtende Epoxidharzzusammensetzungen enthaltend Aerogelpartikel, welche im Spritzgussverfahren eingesetzt werden können, eine hohe Standfestigkeit während dem Schäumungsprozess aufweisen und gleichzeitig während dem Granulierungsschritt zu einem geringen Anteil an feinkörnigem Material führen. Die Epoxidharzzusammensetzungen sind insbesondere geeignet für die Herstellung von Strukturschäumen.
