Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device (10) for modifying the lateral control of a vehicle (1) designed for at least partially automated driving, the device comprising an accelerator pedal (11) and/or a brake pedal (12), and the device (10) being designed to execute, prevent or influence an automated lateral control action of the vehicle during operation of the vehicle (1) when the accelerator pedal (11) and/or the brake pedal (12) is operated, depending on a vehicle (1) driving variable representing the degree of automation. The invention also relates to a corresponding method, in particular the method of operating said device (10), and to a corresponding computer program.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) servant à modifier le guidage transversal d'un véhicule (1) réalisé pour être conduit au moins de manière automatisée en partie. Le dispositif comprend une pédale d'accélération (11) et/ou une pédale de freinage (12). Le dispositif (10) est réalisé pour exécuter, empêcher ou influencer, lors du fonctionnement du véhicule (1), dans le cas d'un actionnement de la pédale d'accélération (11) et/ou de la pédale de freinage (12), une action de guidage transversal automatisée en fonction d'une grandeur, représentant le degré d'automatisation, de la conduite du véhicule (1). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé correspondant, en particulier le procédé de fonctionnement pour ledit dispositif (10), ainsi qu'un programme informatique correspondant.
(DE) In der Erfindung wird eine Vorrichtung (10) zum Verändern der Querführung eines zum zumindest teilautomatisierten Fahren ausgebildeten Fahrzeugs (1) vorgeschlagen, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Fahrpedal (11) und/oder ein Bremspedal (12) umfasst und die Vorrichtung (10) dazu ausgebildet ist, im Betrieb des Fahrzeugs (1) bei einer Betätigung des Fahrpedals (11) und/oder des Bremspedals (12) in Abhängigkeit einer den Automatisierungsgrad repräsentierenden Größe der Fahrt des Fahrzeugs (1) eine automatisierte Querführungsaktion des Fahrzeugs auszuführen, zu unterbinden oder zu beeinflussen. Ferner umfasst die Erfindung ein entsprechendes Verfahren, insbesondere der Betriebsverfahren für die besagte Vorrichtung (10), sowie ein korrespondierendes Computerprogramm.
