Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing a rotor of a rotating electrical machine, comprising a stack (2) of magnetic laminations (113) defining notches (4) in which bars (10) made of a first electrically conductive material are received, method in which a second electrically conductive material (20), different from the first material (10), is injected by means of an injection press from the front of the stack of laminations, the bars (10) being held at the rear end of same, against the pressure related to the injection, by a positioning tool (21) traversing a cavity for forming a short circuit ring (130) at the rear of the stack of laminations and leaving a recess (131).
(FR) Procédé de fabrication d'un rotor de machine tournante électrique, comportant un paquet (2) de tôles magnétiques (113) définissant des encoches (4) dans lesquelles sont reçues des barres (10) d'un premier matériau conducteur électrique, procédé dans lequel un deuxième matériau électriquement conducteur (20) différent du premier matériau (10) est injecté au moyen d'une presse à injection par l'avant du paquet de tôles, les barres (10) étant maintenues à leur extrémité arrière contre la pression liée à l'injection par un outil de positionnement (21) traversant une cavité de formation d'un anneau de court-circuit (130) à l'arrière du paquet de tôles et laissant une évidement (131).
