Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a part (0) comprising a body (20) of plastic material and a support (1) bearing at least one electromechanical device (4), the method comprising a moulding of the body (20) by injecting the plastic material into a cavity (13) of a mould (10), characterised in that it comprises an arrangement of at least one portion of the support (1) comprising the at least one electromechanical device (4) in the cavity (13) of the mould (10), a cover for at least one zone of the support (1) not to be filled, wherein the at least one electromechanical device (4) is located, and injecting the plastic material of the body (20) in the mould (10), so as to mould the body (20) on the support (1) outside the at least one zone of the support (1) not to be filled.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d'une pièce (0) comprenant un corps (20) en matière plastique et un support (1) portant au moins un dispositif électromécanique (4), le procédé comprenant un moulage du corps (20) par injection de la matière plastique dans une cavité (13) d'un moule (10), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend un placement d'au moins une partie du support (1) comprenant l'au moins un dispositif électromécanique (4) dans la cavité (13) du moule (10), une protection d'au moins une zone d'épargne du support (1) dans laquelle se situe l'au moins un dispositif électromécanique (4), et une injection de la matière plastique du corps (20) dans le moule (10), de sorte à mouler le corps (20) sur le support (1) en dehors de l'au moins une zone d'épargne du support (1).
