Abstract:
(EN) A steam generating system includes a furnace, a nozzle tip assembly for pulverized coal and primary air as well as means for conveying secondary air in the furnace. The nozzle according to the invention comprises a nozzle body (3) and several channels (5) being connected with the nozzle body, the channels are diverging from each other. At the exit faces (17) of the channels obstructions (13) are disposed to induce huge turbulences of the primary air when entering the furnace. Due to these turbulences the primary air and the entrained coal are mixed very well before being combusted in the furnace. This results in a better more effective combustion with reduced NOx-emissions.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de production de vapeur incluant un four, un ensemble embout de buse pour du charbon pulvérisé et de l'air primaire ainsi qu'un moyen pour acheminer de l'air secondaire dans le four. La buse selon l'invention comprend un corps de buse (3) et plusieurs canaux (5) étant raccordés au corps de buse, les canaux s'écartant les uns par rapport aux autres. Au niveau des faces de sortie (17) des canaux, des obstructions (13) sont disposées afin de provoquer d'importantes turbulences de l'air primaire lorsqu'il pénètre dans le four. Du fait de ces turbulences, l'air primaire et le charbon entraîné sont très bien mélangés avant leur combustion dans le four. Ceci entraîne une combustion bien plus efficace avec des émissions réduites de NOx.
