Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a particle sensor (100; 100a; 100b; 100c; 100d) comprising a main body (110), a particle charging device (120) for charging particles in a fluid flow (A1) flowing over a first surface (110a) of the main body (110), wherein at least one sensor electrode (140) is provided for detecting information concerning an electrical charging current which is caused by charged particles from the fluid flow (A1), the at least one sensor electrode (140) is located in the region of the first surface (110a), at least part of a shielding electrode (150) is provided between the particle charging device (120) and the sensor electrode (140), and a predeterminable electrical potential can be applied to the shielding electrode (150).
