Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a measurement device (1) for measuring a casting gap (2) in a continuous casting system (3) and to a use of said measurement device (1) to measure a casting gap (2). The measurement device (1) for measuring a casting gap (2) in a continuous casting gap (3) has two arms (5, 6), which are rotatable about a common rotation axis (4), that is, a first arm (5) and a second arm (6), and a rotation angle sensor (7) for measuring a relative (twisting) rotation angle (8) of the two arms (5, 6) relative to each other. Each of the two arms (5, 6) has at least one segment (9, 10), having an outer segment surface (11, 12) which is a portion of a surface (13) of a common sphere (14).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure (1) pour la mesure d'une fente de coulée (2) sur une installation de coulée continue (3) ainsi qu'une utilisation de ce dispositif de mesure (1) pour la mesure d'une fente de coulée (2). Le dispositif de mesure (1) pour la mesure d'une fente de coulée (2) sur une installation de coulée continue (3) présente deux bras (5, 6) rotatifs autour d'un axe de rotation commun (4), c'est-à-dire un premier bras (5) et un deuxième bras (6) ainsi qu'un capteur d'angle de rotation (7) pour la mesure d'un angle de rotation/déformation relatif (8) des deux bras (5, 6). Chacun des deux bras (5, 6) présente au moins un segment (9, 10) dont la surface externe de segment (11, 12) respective est une partie d'une surface (13) d'une sphère commune (14).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Messvorrichtung (1) zur Messung eines Gießspalts (2) bei einer Stranggießanlage (3) sowie eine Verwendung dieser Messvorrichtung (1) zur Messung eines Gießspalts (2). Die Messvorrichtung (1) zur Messung eines Gießspalts (2) bei einer Stranggießanlage (3) weist zwei um eine gemeinsame Drehachse (4) drehbare Arme (5, 6), d. h. einen ersten Arm (5) und einen zweiten Arm (6), sowie einen Drehwinkelaufnehmer (7) zur Messung eines relativen (Ver- ) Drehwinkels (8) der zwei Arme (5, 6) zueinander auf. Jeder der zwei Arme (5, 6) weist zumindest ein Segment (9, 10) auf, dessen jeweilige Segmentaußenfläche (11, 12) ein Abschnitt einer Oberfläche (13) einer gemeinsamen Kugel (14) ist.
