Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method of monitoring an operation of detection of an analyte in a liquid sample using a measuring cell (108), the measuring cell (108) comprising a working electrode (120) for excitation of electrochemiluminescence in the liquid sample, an optical detector (126) for detecting the excited electrochemiluminescence, the excitation and detection being performed in an electrochemiluminescence measurement cycle, the measurement cycle comprising transporting the liquid sample via a transport path (114) to the working electrode (120) using a support liquid, the method comprising: - coupling light of a light source (204) into the transport path (114) during part of the measurement cycle, the transport path (114) forming a light guide between the light source (204) and the optical detector (126), - detecting the coupled light by the optical detector (126), - analyzing the detected light regarding the presence of a gas bubble (214) in the transport path (114), - providing a measurement state in case the result of the analysis deviates from a target state regarding the presence of a gas bubble (214) in the transport path (114).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de surveillance d'une opération de détection d'un analyte dans un échantillon liquide à l'aide d'une cellule de mesure (108), la cellule de mesure (108) comprenant une électrode de travail (120) pour l'excitation de l'électrochimioluminescence dans l'échantillon liquide, un détecteur optique (126) pour détecter l'électrochimioluminescence excitée, l'excitation et la détection étant réalisées dans un cycle de mesure d'électrochimioluminescence, le cycle de mesure comprenant le transport de l'échantillon liquide par l'intermédiaire d'un trajet de transport (114) vers l'électrode de travail (120) à l'aide d'un liquide de support, le procédé consistant à : - coupler la lumière d'une source de lumière (204) dans le trajet de transport (114) pendant une partie du cycle de mesure, le trajet de transport (114) formant un guide de lumière entre la source de lumière (204) et le détecteur optique (126), - détecter la lumière couplée par le détecteur optique (126), - analyser la lumière détectée pour déterminer la présence d'une bulle de gaz (214) dans le trajet de transport (114), - fournir un état de mesure dans le cas où le résultat de l'analyse s'écarte d'un état cible concernant la présence d'une bulle de gaz (214) dans le trajet de transport (114).
