Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a structured grain on the surface of a thermoplastic having continuous-fibre reinforcement by a textile sheet, in which a mixture of at least one fibre material and at least one thermoplastic is heated and pressed in a mould to a temperature above the softening temperature of the thermoplastic, wherein a structured grain is applied on the internal side of the mould. The at least one fibre material comprises endless fibres and takes the form of a regularly arranged textile sheet. The structured grain on the internal side of the mould and the textile sheet are oriented in relation to each other in a manner such that, during the pressing procedure, the textile sheet and the structured grain on the internal side of the mould are mutually superposed. After the pressing procedure, the mixture of the at least one fibre material and the at least one thermoplastic in the mould is cooled to a temperature below the softening temperature of the thermoplastic, with formation of the structured grain on the surface of the thermoplastic. The present invention further relates to a thermoplastic which has continuous-fibre reinforcement by a textile sheet and has a structured grain on the surface, and which is obtained by the method according to the invention.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour produire un grainage structuré sur la surface d'un thermoplaste renforcé par des fibres continues présentant une structure textile, dans lequel un mélange constitué d'au moins un matériau fibreux et d'au moins un thermoplaste est comprimé et chauffé dans un moule à une température supérieure à la température de ramollissement du thermoplaste, un grainage structuré étant appliqué sur la face intérieure du moule. Le ou les matériaux fibreux contiennent des fibres continues et se présentent sous forme d'une structure textile agencée de façon régulière. Le grainage structuré sur la face intérieure du moule et la structure textile sont orientés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle sorte que, lors de la compression, la structure textile et le grainage structuré se chevauchent sur la face intérieure du moule. Après la compression, le mélange constitué du ou des matériaux fibreux et du ou des thermoplastes dans le moule est refroidi à une température inférieure à la température de ramollissement du thermoplaste, ce qui entraîne la formation du grainage structuré sur la surface du thermoplaste. Un autre objet de la présente invention est un thermoplaste renforcé par des fibres continues présentant une structure textile, lequel est pourvu d'un grainage structuré sur la surface et obtenu d'après le procédé selon l'invention.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung einer strukturierten Narbung auf der Oberfläche eines mit einem textilen Flächengebilde endlosfaserverstärkten Thermoplasten, in dem ein Gemisch aus mindestens einem Fasermaterial und mindestens einem Thermoplasten in einem Werkzeug auf eine Temperatur oberhalb der Erweichungstemperatur des Thermoplasten erhitzt und verpresst wird, wobei auf der Innenseite des Werkzeugs eine strukturierte Narbung angebracht ist. Das mindestens eine Fasermaterial enthält Endlosfasern und liegt in Form eines regelmäßig angeordneten textilen Flächengebildes vor. Die strukturierte Narbung auf der Innenseite des Werkzeugs und das textile Flächengebilde werden so zueinander ausgerichtet, dass sich beim Verpressen das textile Flächengebilde und die strukturierte Narbung auf der Innenseite des Werkzeugs überlagern. Nach dem Verpressen wird das Gemisch aus dem mindestens einen Fasermaterial und dem mindestens einen Thermoplasten im Werkzeug auf eine Temperatur unterhalb der Erweichungstemperatur des Thermoplasten abgekühlt unter Bildung der strukturierten Narbung auf der Oberfläche des Thermoplasten. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein mit einem textilen Flächengebilde endlosfaserverstärkter Thermoplast mit einer strukturierten Narbung auf der Oberfläche, der nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erhalten wird.
