Abstract:
(EN) A method of manufacturing a test piece (300) for testing a rotor blade design (200) for a turbomachine, the test piece comprising: a plurality of monolithically-formed body portions. There is provided a main body portion (302) corresponding to the rotor blade design, and a frequency-reduction body portion (340, 350, 360, 370) provided on the main body portion (302). The body portions are monolithically formed with one another by an additive manufacturing process.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce de test (300) permettant de tester une conception de pale de rotor (200) d'une turbomachine, la pièce de test comprenant : une pluralité de parties de corps formées de façon monolithique. L'invention comprend une partie de corps principal (302) correspondant à la conception de pale de rotor, et une partie de corps de réduction de fréquence (340, 350, 360, 370) située sur la partie de corps principal (302). Les parties de corps sont formées de manière monolithique les unes avec les autres grâce à un procédé de fabrication additive.
