Abstract:
(EN) The present invention refers to a process for transition-meta!-assisted 18F- deoxyfluorination of phenols. The transformation benefits from readily available phenols as starting materials; tolerance of moisture and ambient atmosphere, large substrate scope, and translatability to generate doses appropriate for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de désoxyfluoration au 18F de phénols assistée par un métal de transition. L'invention présente les avantages d'une transformation à partir de phénols facilement disponibles en tant que matières premières; d'une tolérance à l'humidité et à l'atmosphère ambiante, d'un large champ d'application du substrat et d'une capacité de translation pour générer des doses appropriées destinées à l'imagerie par tomographie par émission de positrons (TEP).
