Abstract:
(EN) A method for forming a defined surface roughness (OR) in a region of a component (10) that is to be manufactured or is manufactured additively is specified. The method comprises setting an irradiation parameter (P, v) and/or an irradiation pattern in such a way that a component material is provided with a certain porosity (PM) in the region under a surface of the component (10), which porosity is suitable for causing the defined surface roughness (OR) in the component (10). A corresponding component (10) is also specified.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour former une rugosité de surface définie (OR) dans une zone d'une pièce (10) à fabriquer ou fabriquée de manière additive. Le procédé comprend le réglage d'un paramètre d'irradiation (P, v) et/ou d'un motif d'irradiation de manière telle qu'un matériau d'une pièce dans la zone sous une surface de la pièce (10) est pourvu d'une porosité déterminée (PM), qui est appropriée pour provoquer la rugosité de surface (OR) définie dans la pièce (10). L'invention concerne également une pièce (10) correspondante.
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren zum Ausbilden einer definierten Oberflächenrauheit (OR) in einem Bereich eines additiv herzustellenden oder hergestellten Bauteils (10) angegeben. Das Verfahren umfasst das Einstellen eines Bestrahlungsparameters (P, v) und/oder eines Bestrahlungsmusters derart, dass ein Bauteilmaterial in dem Bereich unterhalb einer Oberfläche des Bauteils (10) mit einer bestimmten Porosität (PM) versehen wird, welche geeignet ist, die definierte Oberflächenrauheit (OR) in dem Bauteil (10) hervorzurufen. Es wird weiterhin ein entsprechendes Bauteil (10) angegeben.
