Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method (300) for checking a plug connection, in which a first plug part is connected to a second plug part. The method (300) comprises determining (301) a force-time curve (103) of a force (101) applied by an assembler during an assembly process of a plug connection. In addition, the method (300) comprises determining (302) characteristic values of a plurality of characteristics of the force-time curve (103). The method (300) also comprises classifying (303) the plug connection by means of a machine-learned classifier on the basis of the characteristic values of the plurality of characteristics.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé (300) pour contrôler des assemblages à emboîtement, selon lequel un premier et un second élément à emboîter sont assemblés. Le procédé (300) comprend la détermination (301) d'une courbe force-temps (103) d'une force (101) appliquée par un monteur lors d’un processus de montage afin de réaliser un assemblage à emboîtement. En outre, le procédé (300) comprend la détermination (302) de valeurs d’une pluralité de caractéristiques de la courbe force-temps (103).
