Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a sealing element for sealing a flow path in a gas turbine having a lattice structure (1), the lattice structure (1) being generated by an additive method of manufacture. The invention further relates to a sealing element for sealing a flow path in a gas turbine having a lattice structure (1) made of a lattice material, wherein the lattice material composition within the lattice structure (1) changes. The invention also relates to a turbine having such a sealing element.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un élément d'étanchéité destiné à assurer l’étanchéité d’une voie d’écoulement dans une turbine à gaz présentant une structure en treillis (1), la structure en treillis (1) étant produite au moyen d’un procédé de fabrication additive. L’invention a également pour objet un élément d’étanchéité pour assurer l’étanchéité d’une voie d'écoulement dans une turbine à gaz présentant une structure en treillis (1) faite d’une matière de treillis, la composition de la matière de treillis variant à l'intérieur de la structure en treillis (1), ainsi qu’une turbine comprenant un tel élément d’étanchéité.
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Dichtungselements zur Abdichtung eines Strömungswegs in einer Gasturbine aufweisend eine Gitterstruktur (1) angegeben, wobei die Gitterstruktur (1) mittels eines additiven Fertigungsverfahrens erzeugt wird. Ferner werden ein Dichtungselement zur Abdichtung eines Strömungswegs in einer Gasturbine aufweisend eine Gitterstruktur (1) aus einem Gittermaterial, wobei sich die Gittermaterialzusammensetzung innerhalb der Gitterstruktur (1) ändert, und eine Turbine mit einem solchen Dichtungselement angegeben.
