Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a mount 10 for a segment 25 in a strand guide 20 underneath the mold of a continuous casting system 100. The segment is typically connected via the mount to the fixed side 28 of the strand guide 20. In order to ensure that, in particular during casting operation – an optimal, i.e. in particular smooth or clearance-free transition from the mold to the first segment and in the transition between adjacent segments of the strand guide is always ensured for the casting strand, the invention provides for the mount to be formed as a floating bearing, in such a way that the segment supported therein is fixed in the Z direction but is freely movable in the X direction.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un palier (10) pour un segment (25) dans un corset de guidage (20) sous la lingotière d'une installation de coulée continue (100). Le segment est typiquement raccordé au palier à l'aide du côté fixe (28) du corset de guidage (20). Afin d'assurer constamment, en particulier pendant le processus de coulée, qu’un passage optimal, c’est-à-dire notamment régulier et non brutal, est garanti de la lingotière au premier segment et dans la transition entre segments voisins du corset de guidage pour la barre de coulée, l'invention prévoit que le palier soit conçu comme un palier libre, de telle sorte que le segment monté dans celui-ci soit fixé dans la direction z tout en étant librement mobile dans la direction x.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Lagerung 10 für ein Segment 25 in einer Strangführung 20 unterhalb der Kokille einer Stranggießanlage 100. Das Segment ist typischerweise über die Lagerung mit der Festseite 28 der Strangführung 20 verbunden. Um zu gewährleisten, dass - insbesondere während des Gießbetriebs - stets ein optimaler, d. h. insbesondere glatter bzw. sprungfreier Übergang von der Kokille zum ersten Segment und im Übergang zwischen benachbarten Segmenten der Strangführung für den Gießstrang gewährleistet ist, sieht die Erfindung vor, dass die Lagerung als Loslager derart ausgebildet ist, dass das in ihr gelagerte Segment in z-Richtung festgelegt, aber in x-Richtung frei beweglich ist.
