Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an electromagnetically actuatable valve (1), more particularly a suction valve for a high-pressure fuel pump (2), comprising an annular solenoid coil (3) and an armature (6), which is movable between two end stops (4, 5) in a reciprocating manner, wherein at least one compensating bore (7) extends through the armature (6), said compensating bore defining a first outlet opening (8) in a first end face (9) of the armature (6) and a second outlet opening (10) in a second end face (11) of the armature (6). According to the invention, the compensating bore (7) extends, at least in sections, at an angle, upwards and/or helically, so that when the second end face (11) is projected onto the first end face (9), the second outlet opening (10) is arranged offset with respect to the first outlet opening (8) in the projection plane. The invention also relates to a high-pressure fuel pump (2) comprising a valve (1) of this kind.
(FR) L'invention concerne une soupape (1) à actionnement électromagnétique, en particulier une soupape d'aspiration pour une pompe à carburant haute pression (2). La soupape comporte une bobine magnétique (3) annulaire et une armature (6) pouvant effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient entre deux butées de fin de course (4, 5), l'armature (6) étant traversée par au moins un trou de compensation (7) qui définit un premier orifice de sortie (8) dans une première face frontale (9) de l'armature (6) et un deuxième orifice de sortie (10) dans une deuxième face frontale (11) de l'armature (6). Selon l'invention, le trou de compensation (7) s'étend au moins en partie de manière inclinée, ascendante et/ou hélicoïdale, de sorte que lors d'une projection de la deuxième face frontale (11) sur la première face frontale (9), le deuxième orifice de sortie (10) est décalé du premier orifice de sortie (8) dans le plan de projection. En outre, l’invention concerne une pompe à carburant haute pression (2) pourvue de ladite soupape (1).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektromagnetisch betätigbares Ventil (1), insbesondere Saugventil für eine Kraftstoff- Hochdruckpumpe (2), umfassend eine ringförmige Magnetspule (3) und einen zwischen zwei Endanschlägen (4, 5) hubbeweglichen Anker (6), wobei der Anker (6) von mindestens einer Ausgleichsbohrung (7) durchsetzt ist, die eine erste Austrittsöffnung (8) in einer ersten Stirnfläche (9) des Ankers (6) und eine zweite Austrittsöffnung (10) in einer zweiten Stirnfläche (11) des Ankers (6) definiert. Erfindungsgemäß verläuft die Ausgleichsbohrung (7) zumindest abschnittsweise schräg, ansteigend und/oder gewendelt, so dass bei einer Projektion der zweiten Stirnfläche (11) auf die erste Stirnfläche (9) die zweite Austrittsöffnung (10) in der Projektionsebene versetzt zur ersten Austrittsöffnung (8) angeordnet ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Kraftstoff-Hochdruckpumpe (2) mit einem solchen Ventil (1).
