The invention relates to a rotational speed sensor (1) for a motor vehicle, particularly a commercial vehicle. The rotational speed sensor (1) comprises: a sensor carrier (4) and a magnetic sensor (5) which is housed in the sensor carrier (4) and which has a defined sensing system for measuring magnetic impulses of a signal wheel provided on the vehicle wheel, a securing flange (2) having a securing device (12) for securing on a vehicle-sided receiving element, electric lines (8a, 8b) for contacting of the magnetic sensor (5), a sensor housing (3) which surroundingly seals the sensor support (4), the magnetic sensor (5) and the electric lines (8a, 8b). According to the invention, in order to provide a compact and safe embodiment, the sensor housing (3) and the securing flange (2) are designed as an injection-moulding body (14), the sensor carrier (4) accommodating the magnetic sensor (5) on the front end area (4a) thereof and comprises a receiving region towards the back, e.g. a wall which is surrounded at least on the outer side thereof by the injection-moulding body (14), preferably also from inside. In order to produce a plurality of different sensors from few initial components in a simple manner, the sensor carrier can be inserted between two first tool halves. Two second tool halves rotatable to the first rotatable halves can determine the mounting flange in a desired angular position with respect to the sensing direction of the magnetic sensor. All components are connected together in a permanent and in a defined position in relation to each by means of the injection-moulding process. With the aid of a stamp which is inserted between the tool halves and on which the sensor carrier is applied, the length of the sensor can be determined.

L'invention concerne un capteur de vitesse de rotation (1) pour un véhicule automobile, en particulier un véhicule utilitaire, le capteur de vitesse de rotation (1) présentant : un support de capteur (4) et un capteur magnétique (5) logé dans le support de capteur (4) pour la mesure d'impulsions magnétiques d'une roue de signalisation située sur la roue du véhicule, une bride de fixation (2) pourvue d'un dispositif de fixation (12) pour la fixation au niveau d'un logement côté véhicule, des conducteurs électriques (8a, 8b) pour le contact du capteur magnétique (5), un boîtier de capteur (3), qui entoure de manière étanche le support de capteur (4), le capteur magnétique (5) et les conducteurs électriques (8a, 8b). Afin de de permettre une réalisation souple et sûre, selon l'invention, le boîtier de capteur (3) et la bride fixation (2) sont conçus sous forme de corps moulé par injection (14), le support de capteur (4) loge le capteur magnétique (5) au niveau de sa zone d'extrémité avant (4a) et présente vers l'arrière une zone de logement, par exemple une paroi, qui est entourée au moins au niveau de sa face externe par le corps moulé par injection (14), de préférence également à l'intérieur. Pour fabriquer de façon simple une pluralité de capteurs différents à partir de peu de composants de départ, le support de capteur peut être logé entre deux premières demi-formes de moule. Deux deuxièmes demi-formes de moule rotatives par rapport aux premières peuvent fixer la bride de montage dans une position angulaire souhaitée par rapport au dispositif de détection du capteur magnétique. A l'aide du processus d'injection, tous les composants sont reliés mutuellement de façon durable et dans une position mutuelle définie. Un poinçon logé entre les demi-formes de moule et auquel le support de capteur est relié permet de définir la longueur du capteur.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Drehzahlsensor (1) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, insbesondere Nutzfahrzeug, wobei der Drehzahlsensor (1) aufweist: • einen Sensorträger (4) und einen in dem Sensorträger (4) aufgenommenen Magnetsensor (5) mit einer definierten Sensierrichtung zur Messung magnetischer Impulse eines an einem Fahrzeugrad vorgesehenen Signalrades, • einen Befestigungsflansch (2) mit einer Befestigungseinrichtung (12) zur Befestigung an einer fahrzeugseitigen Aufnahme, • elektrische Leitungen (8a, 8b) zur Kontaktierung des Magnetsensors (5), • ein Sensorgehäuse (3), das den Sensorträger (4), den Magnetsensor (5) und die elektrischen Leitungen (8a, 8b) dichtend umgibt. Um eine dichte und sichere Ausbildung zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Sensorgehäuse (3) und der Befestigungsflansch (2) als Spritzgusskörper (14) ausgebildet sind, der Sensorträger (4) an seinem vorderen Endbereich (4a) den Magnetsensor (5) aufnimmt und nach hinten einen Aufnahmebereich, z. B. eine Wandung aufweist, die zumindest auf ihrer Außenseite von dem Spritzgusskörper (14) umgeben ist, vorzugsweise auch von innen. Um auf einfache Weise eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Sensoren aus wenigen Ausgangskomponenten herzustellen, kann der Sensorträger zwischen zwei erste Werkzeughälften eingelegt werden. Zwei relativ zu den ersten verdrehbare zweite Werkzeughälften können den Montageflansch in einer erwünschten Winkelstellung in Bezug auf die Sensierrichtung des Magnetsensors festlegen. Durch den Spritzgießvorgang werden alle Komponenten dauerhaft und in einer definierten Lage zueinander miteinander verbunden. Mit Hilfe eines Stempels, der zwischen die Werkzeughälften gelegt wird und an den der Sensorträger angelegt wird, kann die Länge des Sensors festgelegt werden.
