Abstract:
(EN) A method of manufacturing a male tube fitting (10), particularly a male tube nut, having a head section (11) for applying a tightening torque to the male tube fitting (10), a threaded section (12) having an external thread (15), a contact section (13) configured to contact a fluid-carrying tube (40) and a through-hole (17) extending in an axial direction (As) of the male tube fitting (10) comprises the following steps: a) providing a male tube fitting (10), b) applying an anti-corrosion layer (20) to the male tube fitting (10), c) applying a friction-reducing layer (30) to the male tube fitting (10) to obtain a first friction coefficient (μ1), the friction-reducing layer (30) having organic constituents and inorganic constituents and d) modulating the friction-reducing layer (30), at least in the threaded section (12), by partially removing the organic constituents in the friction-reducing layer (30) to obtain a second friction coefficient (μ2) higher than the first friction coefficient (μ1).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un raccord de tube mâle (10), en particulier un écrou de tube mâle, ayant une section tête (11) destinée à exercer un couple de serrage sur le raccord de tube mâle (10), une section filetée (12) ayant un filetage externe (15), une section de contact (13) conçue pour venir en contact avec un tube de transport de fluide (40) et un trou traversant (17) s'étendant dans une direction axiale (As) du raccord de tube mâle (10) comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) fourniture d'un raccord de tube mâle (10), b) application d'une couche anti-corrosion (20) sur le raccord de tube mâle (10), c) application d'une couche de réduction de frottement (30) sur le raccord de tube mâle (10) pour obtenir un premier coefficient de frottement (µ1), la couche de réduction de frottement (30) ayant des constituants organiques et des constituants inorganiques et d) modulation de la couche de réduction de frottement (30), au moins dans la section filetée (12), par suppression partielle des constituants organiques de la couche de réduction de frottement (30) pour obtenir un second coefficient de frottement (µ2) supérieur au premier coefficient de frottement (µ1).
