Abstract:
(EN) The present application relates to catalysts for the selective removal of sulfur (hydrodesulfurisation or HDS) from FCC naphthas, which at the same time prevent reduction in the quality of the gasoline produced, specifically in the anti-knock index (AKI). The synthesised catalysts contain a support of aluminium oxide and/or amorphous silica alumina (ASA), both doped with Na, and oxides of molybdenum and of cobalt. The invention also relates to a method for producing the catalysts, which comprises: a) obtaining the supports; b) doping the supports with a metal from group 1 of the periodic table; c) impregnating the supports with salts of molybdenum and cobalt; d) drying the impregnated supports using a flow of dry air; e) calcining the impregnated supports; and f) activating the catalysts in situ.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des catalyseurs pour l'élimination sélective de soufre (HDS) de naphtas de craquage catalytique fluide, qui permettent en même temps d'éviter la baisse de qualité de l'essence produite, spécifiquement de l'indice d'octane. Les catalyseurs synthétisés contiennent un support d'alumine et/ou d'aluminosilicate amorphe (ASA), les deux étant dopés avec Na; des oxydes de molibdène et des oxydes de cobalt. La présente invention concerne également le procédé d'élaboration des catalyseurs, lequel procédé consiste à : a) obtenir les supports; b) doper les supports avec un métal du groupe IA du tableau périodique; c) imprégner les supports avec des sels de molybdène et du cobalt; d) sécher les supports imprégnés à l'aide d'un flux d'air sec; e) calciner les supports imprégnés : et f) activer les catalyseurs in situ.
(ES) La presente solicitud se encuentra relacionada con catalizadores para la remoción selectiva de azufre (HDS) de naftas de FCC, que al mismo tiempo permiten evitar la disminución de la calidad de la gasolina producida, específicamente del índice antidetonante (IAD). Los catalizadores sintetizados contienen un soporte de alúmina y/o aluminosilicato amorfo (ASA), ambos dopados con Na; óxidos de molibdeno y óxidos de cobalto. Igualmente, la presente invención se encuentra relacionada con el método de elaboración de los catalizadores, el cual comprende: a) obtener los soportes; b) Dopar los soportes con un metal del grupo IA de la tabla periódica; c) impregnar los soportes con sales de molibdeno y cobalto; d) secar los soportes impregnados utilizando un flujo de aire seco; e) calcinar los soportes impregnados; y f) activar los catalizadores in situ.
