Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an offshore gas field produced water treatment device, having a high-efficiency deeply coalescing and oil removal device (110) added based on the original produced water treatment process. The device (110) can not only be connected in parallel to replace an original produced water pressurizing pump (12) and a hydrocyclone (13), but can also be connected in series after the hydrocyclone (13). The device is capable of reducing the content of oil in the discharged produced water from several thousands to not greater than 30 mg/L, thereby ensuring the compliance of the produced water discharge, and being suitable for promotion on offshore oil and gas mining platforms. Further disclosed is an offshore gas field platform produced water treatment method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement d'eau extraite à partir d'un gisement de gaz en mer, ayant un dispositif de coalescence et d'élimination d'huile en profondeur à haut rendement basé sur le procédé original de traitement de l'eau extraite. Le dispositif (110) peut non seulement être connecté en parallèle pour remplacer une traditionnelle pompe de pressurisation d'eau extraite (12) et un hydrocyclone (13), mais peut également être connecté en série après l'hydrocyclone (13). Le dispositif est en mesure de réduire la teneur en huile dans l'eau extraite évacuée de plusieurs milliers à un maximum de 30 mg/L, ce qui permet d'assurer la conformité de l'évacuation d'eau extraite, et est approprié pour une promotion sur des plates-formes pétrolières et gazières en mer. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de traitement d'eau extraite à partir d'une plate-forme de gisement de gaz en mer.
(ZH) 一种海上气田平台生产水处理装置,在原生产水处理流程的基础上利用增加了高效深度聚结除油装置(110),该装置(110)既可以并联替代原生产水增压泵(12)和水力旋流器(13),又可以串联在水力旋流器(13)之后;该装置可将外排生产水含油量从几千降低至30mg/L以内,确保了生产水的达标外排,适合在海上采油、采气平台上推广使用。还公开了一种海上气田平台生产水处理方法。
