Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a degradable antifouling thermoplastic micro-airbag polymer elastomer material and preparation therefor, the material comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 88 to 98% of a polymer raw material, 0.05 to 0.5% of a nucleating agent, 0.4 to 2% of a foaming agent and 0.1 to 10% of an environment-friendly degradable organic perfluorinated material. The preparation method therefor is specifically as follows: (1) feeding the polymer raw material, the nucleating agent and the environment-friendly degradable organic perfluorinated material from a feeding opening at the front end of a twin-screw extruder, feeding the foaming agent from a feeding opening in a middle section of the twin-screw extruder, carrying out hot melting on the raw materials, adequately mixing, putting the raw materials into a static mixer, carrying out further homogenization, and carrying out pressure-control and quantitative conveying by means of a melt pump; and (2) introducing a hot melt sent out by the melt pump into an underwater particle dicing chamber by means of a mold head, carrying out particle dicing, bringing out particles by means of processing water and separating, and sieving and drying so as to form a target product. Compared to existing technology, the present invention may effectively achieve material properties such as antifouling, dirt resistance, oil resistance, contamination resistance, beautiful appearance and good tactile sensation and is particularly suitable for application in the fields of shoe materials, food packaging and the like.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau élastomère polymère de micro-airbag thermoplastique antisalissure et dégradable, et sa préparation, le matériau comprenant les composants suivants en pourcentage en poids : de 88 à 98 % d'une matière première polymère, 0,05 à 0,5 % d'un agent de nucléation, de 0,4 à 2 % d'un agent moussant et de 0,1 à 10 % d'un matériau perfluoré organique dégradable respectueux de l'environnement. Le procédé de préparation du matériau est spécifiquement le suivant : (1) introduire la matière première polymère, l'agent de nucléation et le matériau perfluoré organique dégradable respectueux de l'environnement à partir d'une ouverture d'alimentation à l'extrémité avant d'une extrudeuse à double vis, introduire l'agent moussant à partir d'une ouverture d'alimentation dans une section centrale de l'extrudeuse à double vis, réaliser une fusion à chaud sur les matières premières, mélanger de manière adéquate, mettre les matières premières dans un mélangeur statique, réaliser une homogénéisation supplémentaire, et réaliser une régulation de pression et un transport quantitatif au moyen d'une pompe à masse fondue; et (2) introduire une masse fondue chaude envoyée par la pompe à masse fondue dans une chambre de découpage en dés de particules sous-marine au moyen d'une tête de moule, réaliser un découpage en dés de particules, isoler des particules au moyen d'eau de traitement et séparer, puis tamiser et sécher de façon à former un produit cible. Par rapport à la technologie existante, la présente invention peut efficacement obtenir des propriétés de matériau telles que l'antisalissure, la résistance à la saleté, la résistance à l'huile, la résistance à la contamination, un bel aspect et une bonne sensation tactile et est particulièrement appropriée pour une application dans les domaines des matériaux pour chaussures, des emballages alimentaires et analogues.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种可降解防污热塑性微气囊聚合物弹性体材料及其制备,材料配方包括以下重量百分比含量的组分:聚合物原料88~98%,成核剂0.05~0.5%,发泡剂0.4~2%,环保可降解有机全氟材料0.1~10%;其制备方法具体为:(1)将聚合物原料、成核剂和环保可降解有机全氟材料从双螺杆挤塑机前端加料口喂入,发泡剂从双螺杆挤塑机中段加料口喂入,使各原料热熔混合充分,再进入静态混合器进一步均质化,再经熔体泵控压和定量输送;(2)被熔体泵送出的热熔体通过模头进入水下切粒室切粒,由工艺水带出分离,筛选干燥后即形成目的产品。与现有技术相比,本发明可有效实现材料的防污,耐脏,抗油,抗沾染,美观,良好的触感等性能,特别适用于在鞋材和食品包装等领域的应用。
