Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a thermoplastic micro-sac polymer elastomer material and a preparation method therefor. The proportioning composition of the thermoplastic micro-sac polymer elastomer material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-97% of a support frame polymer material, 0.1-97% of pressure-resistance slow-rebound polymer material, 0.01-0.5% of a nucleating agent, and 0.1-10% of a foaming agent, wherein the support frame polymer material is a high-molecular-weight, high-hardness, high-crystalline or high-polarity polymer material; the pressure-resistance slow-rebound polymer material is a low-molecular-weight, low-hardness, low-crystalline to amorphous, low-polarity/no-polarity polymer material. Compared with the prior art, in the polymer elastomer material prepared in present invention, a winding network formed by the micro-sac structure and opening pores achieves an interpenetration structure, and the rebound force and other material physical performance are excellent, buffer feedback is quick, contact and comfortable performance are high, expansion rate is controllable, and so on.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau élastomère polymère de micro-sac thermoplastique et son procédé de préparation. La composition de dosage du matériau élastomère polymère de micro-sac thermoplastique comprend les composants suivants en pourcentage en poids : de 0,1 à 97 % d'un matériau polymère de cadre de support, de 0,1 à 97 % d'un matériau polymère à rebond lent à résistance à la pression, de 0,01 à 0,5 % d'un agent de nucléation, et de 0,1 à 10 % d'un agent moussant, le matériau polymère de cadre de support étant un matériau polymère à masse moléculaire élevée, à dureté élevée, à haute cristallinité ou à haute polarité; le matériau polymère à rebond lent à résistance à la pression étant un matériau polymère de faible masse moléculaire, de faible dureté, faiblement cristallin à amorphe, de faible polarité/sans polarité. Par comparaison avec l'état de la technique, dans le matériau élastomère polymère préparé selon la présente invention, un réseau d'enroulement formé par la structure de micro-sac et les pores d'ouverture permet d'obtenir une structure d'interpénétration, et la force de rebond et d'autres performances physiques du matériau sont excellentes, la rétroaction du tampon est rapide, l'efficacité des contacts et les performances confortables sont élevées, le taux d'expansion est contrôlable, etc.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种热塑性微气囊聚合物弹性体材料及其制备,热塑性微气囊聚合物弹性体材料的配方包括以下重量百分比含量的组分:支撑骨架聚合物材料0.1-97%,耐压慢回弹聚合物材料0.1-97%,成核剂0.01~0.5%,发泡剂0.1~10%;所述的支撑骨架聚合物材料为高分子量、高硬度、高结晶或高极性聚合物材料,所述的耐压慢回弹聚合物材料为与支撑骨架聚合物材料相对应的低分子量、低硬度、低结晶至无定形态、低极性/无极性聚合物材料。与现有技术相比,本发明制备的聚合物弹性体材料中由微气囊结构与开口泡孔形成缠绕网络起到互穿结构,回弹力等材料物性优异,缓冲回馈利落,接触感与舒适性高,膨化倍率可控等。
