Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy building material with an imitation-wood-grain surface. Imitation wood grains are manufactured and produced on the surface of an aluminum alloy material by using a physical processing method. The manufacturing method comprises manufacturing a stamping blank by using an aluminum alloy material, forming wood grains by stamping, and a flattening process. Also provided is an aluminum alloy building material, comprising, in percentage by weight, the following components: 0.30-0.60% of iron, 0.01-0.03% of silicon, 0.10-0.30% of magnesium, with the balance being aluminum and inevitable impurities; the total content of the impurities is less than 0.3%. The method can produce imitation wood grains at random each time on the surface of the aluminum alloy building material, and has low costs and low pollution.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau de construction en alliage d'aluminium ayant une surface imitant le grain de bois. Des grains de bois d'imitation sont fabriqués et produits sur la surface d'un matériau d'alliage d'aluminium au moyen d'un procédé de traitement physique. Le procédé de fabrication comprend la fabrication d'une ébauche d'estampage au moyen d'un matériau d'alliage d'aluminium, la formation de grains de bois par estampage, et un processus d'aplatissement. L'invention concerne en outre un matériau de construction d'alliage d'aluminium, comprenant, en pourcentage en poids, les composants suivants : 0,30 à 0,60 % de fer, 0,01 à 0,03 % de silicium, 0,10 à 0,30 % de magnésium, le reste étant de l'aluminium et des impuretés inévitables; la teneur totale des impuretés est inférieure à 0,3 %. Le procédé peut produire des grains de bois d'imitation au hasard chaque fois sur la surface du matériau de construction d'alliage d'aluminium, et présente des coûts faibles et une pollution faible.
(ZH) 一种表面仿木纹铝合金建材的制作方法,采用物理加工方法在铝合金材料表面制作产生仿木纹,包括使用一种铝合金材料制作冲压坯料、冲压形成木纹、以及平展过程。还涉及一种铝合金材料,按重量百分比含量,包括下列组分:0.30~0.60%的铁,0.01~0.03%的硅,0.10~0.30%的镁,余量为铝以及不可避免的杂质,杂质的总含量<0.3%。该方法可以在铝合金建材表面得到每次都随机的仿木纹,且成本低,污染小。
