Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are an artificial chordae tendineae (100) and an artificial chordae tendineae implant system. The artificial chordae tendineae (100) comprises a flexible chordae tendineae main body (110), wherein at least one end of the chordae tendineae main body (110) is connected to a fixing member (120), and one end of the fixing member (120) facing away from the chordae tendineae main body (110) is provided with a puncturing connecting member (125). The artificial chordae tendineae implant system comprises a gripping device (300), a puncturing device (400a), an artificial chordae tendineae (100) and a pushing device (200). The pushing device (200) comprises a pushing catheter (210).The puncturing device (400a) and the gripping device (300) pass and are assembled in the pushing catheter (210).The gripping device (300) comprises a gripping push rod (330), a distal clamp (310) and a proximal clamp (320).The proximal clamp (320) is provided at a distal end of the pushing catheter (210), and the distal clamp (310) is provided at a distal end of the gripping push rod (330).The puncturing device (400a) comprises a puncturing needle (410), and the distal end of the puncturing needle (410) is a conical straight-tipped end.The artificial chordae tendineae (100) is housed in the gripping device (300). The fixing member (120) of the artificial chordae tendineae (100) corresponds to the puncturing needle (410).The artificial chordae tendineae (100) and the puncturing needle (410) form a stable connection, saving on surgical time.
