Abstract:
(EN) A thrombus removal apparatus (100); a thrombus suction system (1) and a thrombus breakdown system (3) can be driven simultaneously by means of a manual operating assembly (1000); before extraction, the thrombus is already cut from a large thrombus into small thrombi by means of the thrombus breakdown system (3), avoiding the defect in the prior art of large thrombi blocking the lumen, which affects the efficiency of thrombus removal, and improving the surgical success rate. In addition, the manual operating assembly (1000) can intuitively sense the suction pressure inside the blood vessel and, on the basis of the change in suction pressure, can intuitively know whether the blood clot has been suctioned, whether the thrombus is cleared, and whether there is an abnormal situation, avoiding the defect in the prior art of doctors being unable to accurately judge the surgical process when using electric-powered suction, and improving the surgical accuracy.
(FR) Un appareil d'élimination de thrombus (100); un système d'aspiration de thrombus (1) et un système de rupture de thrombus (3) peuvent être entraînés simultanément au moyen d'un ensemble d'actionnement manuel (1000); avant l'extraction, le thrombus est déjà coupé d'un grand thrombus en petits thrombus au moyen du système de rupture de thrombus (3), évitant le défaut dans l'état de la technique de gros thrombus bloquant la lumière, ce qui affecte l'efficacité de l'élimination de thrombus, et améliore le taux de succès chirurgical. De plus, l'ensemble d'actionnement manuel (1000) peut détecter intuitivement la pression d'aspiration à l'intérieur du vaisseau sanguin et, sur la base du changement de pression d'aspiration, peut reconnaître intuitivement si le caillot sanguin a été aspiré, si le thrombus est éliminé, et s'il existe une situation anormale, évitant le défaut dans l'état de la technique des médecins qui ne sont pas capables de juger précisément le processus chirurgical lors de l'utilisation d'une aspiration électrique, et améliorant la précision chirurgicale.
(ZH) 一种血栓去除装置(100),通过一个手动操作组件(1000)可以同时带动吸栓系统(1)和碎栓系统(3),在将血栓抽出之前就已经通过碎栓系统(3)将大血栓切割为小血栓,避免了现有技术中大块血栓堵塞管腔而影响取栓效率的缺陷,提高了手术的成功率。另一方面,手动操作组件(1000)可以直观感受到血管内的抽吸压力,根据抽吸压力的变化即可直观的感知到是否抽吸到血栓、血栓的清除进程以及异常情况,避免了现有技术中电动抽吸时医生无法准确判断手术进程的缺陷,提高了手术的精确度。
