Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention is a method for preparing hydrophilic writing sliced bamboo veneer, comprising, in sequence, the following steps: (1) processing a sliced bamboo veneer into thin bamboo sheets with a thickness of 0.2-0.6 mm; (2) selecting thin bamboo sheets with a small color difference and a few processing defects, and rolling same on the plane; (3) performing deburring, sanding, and surface polishing on the rolled thin bamboo sheets; (4) performing mildewproofing and mothproofing treatment on the thin bamboo sheets; (5) performing surface coating treatment on the thin bamboo sheets using a coating material; (6) drying the coated thin bamboo sheets at low temperature; (7) fine-polishing the dried thin bamboo sheets; (8) cutting the thin bamboo sheets; and (9) flattening, compacting, and piling the cut thin bamboo sheets for future use. According to the present invention, a sliced bamboo veneer has good hydrophilicity, so as to satisfy the requirements for writing in ink and printing in ink.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de placage de bambou tranché hydrophile pour écriture, comprenant la séquence d'étapes suivantes : (1) le traitement d'un placage de bambou tranché en feuilles de bambou minces ayant une épaisseur de 0,2 à 0,6 mm; (2) la sélection de feuilles de bambou minces présentant une faible différence de couleur et quelques défauts de traitement, et le laminage de celles-ci dans le plan; (3) la réalisation d'un ébavurage, d'un ponçage et d'un polissage de surface sur les feuilles de bambou minces laminées; (4) la réalisation d'un traitement anti-moisissure et d'un traitement anti-mites sur les feuilles de bambou minces; (5) la réalisation d'un traitement de revêtement de surface sur les feuilles de bambou minces à l'aide d'un matériau de revêtement; (6) le séchage à basse température des feuilles de bambou minces revêtues; (7) le polissage fin des feuilles de bambou minces séchées; (8) la découpe des feuilles de bambou minces; et (9) l'aplatissement, le compactage et l'empilement des feuilles de bambou minces coupées en vue d'une utilisation future. Selon la présente invention, un placage de bambou tranché présente une bonne hydrophilie, de façon à satisfaire aux exigences d'écriture à l'encre et d'impression à l'encre.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种亲水性可书写刨切薄竹的制备方法，依次包括如下步骤：(1)将刨切薄竹加工成厚度为0.2-0.6mm的薄竹片；(2)选择色差小、加工缺陷少的薄竹片，对其进行平面碾压；(3)对经过碾压的薄竹片进行除毛刺、砂光、表面打磨；(4)对薄竹片进行防霉、防蛀处理；(5)使用涂布材料对薄竹片进行表面涂布处理；(6)对涂布后的薄竹片进行低温干燥；(7)对干燥后的薄竹片进行精抛光；(8)对薄竹片进行分切；(9)将分切后的薄竹片整平压实码放待用。本发明的有益效果是：使刨切薄竹片具备了良好的亲水性，可以满足墨水书写、油墨印刷的要求。
