Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus for preparing graphene by means of laser irradiation in liquid, comprising a laser generating system, and further comprising a computer control system, a cleaning and drying system, and a workpiece auxiliary system. The light spot diameter of the laser emitted from a pulse laser unit (26) is increased by means of a beam expander (24), and the laser is reflected and split by a beam splitter to form two laser beams; a first laser beam (19) shocks the right vertical plane of a graphite solid target (18) by means of a focusing lens, and a second laser beam (17) shocks the left vertical plane of the graphite solid target (18) by means of the focusing lens, so as to grow graphene on a copper foil (5) substrate.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de préparation de graphène au moyen d'une irradiation laser dans un liquide, comprenant un système de génération de laser, et comprenant en outre un système de commande informatique, un système de nettoyage et de séchage, et un système auxiliaire de pièce. Le diamètre de point lumineux du laser émis par une unité laser à impulsions (26) est augmenté au moyen d'un dilatateur de faisceau (24), et le laser est réfléchi et divisé par un diviseur de faisceau pour former deux faisceaux laser; un premier faisceau laser (19) frappe le plan vertical droit d'une cible solide en graphite (18) au moyen d'une lentille de focalisation, et un second faisceau laser (17) frappe le plan vertical gauche de la cible solide en graphite (18) au moyen de la lentille de focalisation, de façon à faire croître du graphène sur un substrat de feuille de cuivre (5).
(ZH) 一种激光液相辐照法制备石墨烯的装置,包括激光发生系统,还包括计算机控制系统、清洗吹干系统和工件辅助系统。脉冲激光装置(26)发出的激光经过扩束镜(24)扩大光斑直径并经过分光镜(20)反射和分光后产生两条激光束,第一激光束(19)经过聚焦透镜冲击水中石墨固体靶材(18)的右立面;第二激光束(17)则经过聚焦透镜冲击水中石墨固体靶材(18)的左立面,从而在铜箔(5)基底上生长石墨烯。
