Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a thermal conduction component, a large capacity battery provided with the thermal conduction component, and a method for manufacturing the large capacity battery. The thermal conduction component comprises a rigid thermal conductor, wherein a groove fitting with an outer wall face of a cylindrical battery is formed on a side of the rigid thermal conductor, a flexible thermal conductor housing chamber is formed on a groove wall of the groove, and a flexible thermal conductor is provided in the flexible thermal conductor housing chamber.In the present application, this type of thermal conduction component can closely contact the outer wall face of each cylindrical battery in a large capacity battery during use, increasing the heat transfer speed between the two, thus increasing the heat dispersion efficiency of the large capacity battery.
(FR) L'invention concerne un composant de conduction thermique, une batterie de grande capacité comportant le composant de conduction thermique, et un procédé de fabrication de la batterie de grande capacité. Le composant de conduction thermique comprend un conducteur thermique rigide, une rainure s'ajustant avec une face de paroi externe d'une batterie cylindrique étant formée sur un côté du conducteur thermique rigide, une chambre logeant un conducteur thermique flexible étant formée sur une paroi de la rainure, et un conducteur thermique flexible étant disposé dans la chambre correspondante. Dans la présente invention, ce type de composant de conduction thermique peut venir en contact étroit avec la face de paroi externe de chaque batterie cylindrique dans une batterie de grande capacité, en utilisation, peut augmenter la vitesse de transfert thermique entre les deux, ce qui permet d'augmenter le rendement de dispersion de chaleur de la batterie de grande capacité.
