Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an integrated structure of a linear module and a mounting base, the integrated structure comprising: a U-shaped mounting base (1) comprising a base plate (11) and side plates (12) provided along two edges in the lengthwise direction of the base plate (11); and a linear module comprising a driving structure (2) and two sliding rails (3) directly mounted on the U-shaped mounting base (1), the two sliding rails (3) being provided on a top face of the two side plates (12). The linear module further comprises a sliding member (4) making a reciprocating rectilinear movement on the sliding rails (3) under the drive of the driving structure (2). The structure is simple, is easy to machine, and has a low cost, and the finish machining area of the base plate is small, reducing stress and deformation caused by cutting and heating.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure intégrée d'un module linéaire et d'une base de montage, la structure intégrée comprenant : une base de montage en forme de U (1) comprenant une plaque de base (11) et des plaques latérales (12) disposées le long de deux bords dans la direction longitudinale de la plaque de base (11) ; et un module linéaire comprenant une structure d'entraînement (2) et deux rails de coulissement (3) montés directement sur la base de montage en forme de U (1), les deux rails de coulissement (3) étant disposés sur une face supérieure des deux plaques latérales (12). Le module linéaire comprend en outre un élément coulissant (4) permettant de réaliser un mouvement rectiligne alternatif sur les rails de coulissement (3) sous l'entraînement de la structure d'entraînement (2). La structure est simple, facile à usiner et présente un faible coût, et la zone d'usinage de finition de la plaque de base est de taille réduite, ce qui réduit la contrainte et la déformation provoquées par la coupe et le chauffage.
(ZH) 一种线性模组与安装基座一体结构,包括:U形安装基座(1),包括底板(11)及沿底板(11)长度方向的两个边缘设置的侧板(12);线性模组,包括直接安装在U形安装基座(1)上的驱动结构(2)和两个滑轨(3),两个滑轨(3)设置在两个侧板(12)的顶面;线性模组还包括受所述驱动结构(2)驱动在滑轨(3)上往复直线移动的滑动件(4)。该结构简单,易于加工,成本低,底板精加工面积小,降低切削发热引起的应力变形。
