Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention are a fat-soluble nutrient microcapsule and a preparation method therefor. The fat-soluble nutrient microcapsule is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2-51.6% of fat-soluble nutrients, 0.2-5.0% of antioxidants, 41.4-97.6% of wall materials, and 2.0-5.0% of moisture; and a ratio of the fat-soluble nutrient maintaining activity to the initially added fat-soluble nutrient in the fat-soluble nutrient microcapsule is 0.99-0.997:1. The preparation method for the fat-soluble nutrient microcapsule comprises emulsifying and granulating, wherein emulsifying is performed in a cavitated emulsifier. The preparation method ensures less loss and higher statbility of the active substances of the nutrients of the fat-soluble nutrient microcapsule.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une microcapsule de nutriment liposoluble et son procédé de préparation. La microcapsule de nutriment liposoluble est préparée à partir des composants suivants en pourcentage massique : de 0,2 à 51,6 % de nutriments liposolubles, de 0,2 à 5,0 % d'antioxydants, de 41,4 à 97,6 % de matériaux de paroi et de 2,0 à 5,0 % d'humidité; et un rapport de l'activité de maintien de nutriment liposoluble au nutriment liposoluble ajouté initialement dans la microcapsule de nutriment liposoluble est de 0,99 à 997:1. Le procédé de préparation de la microcapsule de nutriment liposoluble comprend l'émulsification et la granulation, l'émulsification étant effectuée dans un émulsifiant à cavitation. Le procédé de préparation assure une perte plus faible et une plus grande stabilité des substances actives des nutriments de la microcapsule de nutriment liposoluble.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种脂溶性营养素微胶囊及其制备方法,该脂溶性营养素微胶囊的重量百分比组成为:脂溶性营养素0.2-51.6%、抗氧化剂0.2-5.0%、壁材41.4-97.6%、水分2.0-5.0%,所述的脂溶性营养素微胶囊中保持活性的脂溶性营养素与初始添加的脂溶性营养素的比值为0.99-0.997:1。该脂溶性营养素微胶囊的制备方法包括乳化和制粒过程,其中,乳化是在空化乳化器中进行,通过该制备方法可以使脂溶性营养素微胶囊的营养素活性物质损失少,并且稳定性高。
