Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a self-supporting highly moisture-permeable heat insulating aerogel thin-film and a preparation method thereof. The aerogel thin-film is a single-layer thin-film supported by a SiO2 porous backbone structure itself, wherein same has a thickness of 150 to 300 μm, increases the exchange rate of vapor by 50% to 200%, and reduces the thermal conductivity coefficient by 50% to 90%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of a template; (2) hydrolysis of nano-cellulose; (3) preparation of the aerogel thin-film; and (4) post-treatment of the aerogel thin-film.
(FR) L'invention concerne un aérogel en couche mince à isolation thermique autoportante et hautement perméable à l'humidité et son procédé de préparation L'aérogel en couche mince est un film mince monocouche supporté par une structure de base poreuse de SiO2 d'une épaisseur de 150 à 300 µm; il augmente le taux d'échange de vapeur de 50 % à 200 % et réduit le coefficient de conductivité thermique de 50 % à 90 %. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes suivantes : (1) préparation d'un gabarit; (2) hydrolyse de nanocellulose; (3) préparation de l'aérogel en couche mince; et (4) post-traitement de l'aérogel en couche mince.
(ZH) 一种自支撑高透湿绝热气凝胶薄膜及其制备方法,该气凝胶薄膜为SiO 2多孔骨架结构自支撑的单层薄膜,厚度为150~300μm,对水蒸气的交换速率提高50~200%,导热系数低50%~90%,制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)模板的制备;(2)纳米纤维素的水解;(3)气凝胶薄膜的制备;(4)气凝胶薄膜的后处理。
