Abstract:
(EN) Provided by the present disclosure are a display device structure and a flexible display having said structure; the display device structure comprises an insulating layer (100) and a lower-layer metal trace (130) disposed therebelow. A portion of the insulating layer (100) that does not correspond to the lower-layer metal trace (130) is formed with a plurality of receiving structures, and at least one of the plurality of receiving structures is provided with a metal column (120). The present disclosure utilizes the plurality of receiving structures provided in the insulating layer (100) to disperse stress borne by the insulating layer (100). Moreover, by means of arranging the metal column (120) in the receiving structure, structural strength is further enhanced. With the described design, the present disclosure may make the insulating layer (100) thereof difficult to break, and even if a fracture occurs, the fracture will concentrate on the portion of the insulating layer in which the receiving structures are provided, or in other words, the position of the insulating layer (100) corresponding to the metal trace is avoided, thereby effectively protecting the insulating layer (100) of the metal trace and avoiding the problem of poor display.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure de dispositif d'affichage et un afficheur souple ayant ladite structure; la structure de dispositif d'affichage comprend une couche isolante (100) et une trace métallique de couche inférieure (130) disposée en dessous. Une partie de la couche isolante (100) qui ne correspond pas à la trace métallique de couche inférieure (130) est formée avec une pluralité de structures de réception, et au moins l'une de la pluralité de structures de réception comprend une colonne métallique (120). La présente invention utilise la pluralité de structures de réception disposées dans la couche isolante (100) pour disperser la contrainte portée par la couche isolante (100). De plus, au moyen de l'agencement de la colonne métallique (120) dans la structure de réception, la résistance structurelle est encore améliorée. Avec la conception décrite, la présente invention peut rendre difficile la rupture de la couche isolante (100) de celle-ci, et même si une fracture se produit, la fracture se concentre sur la partie de la couche isolante dans laquelle les structures de réception sont fournies, ou en d'autres termes, la position de la couche isolante (100) correspondant à la trace métallique est évitée, ce qui permet de protéger efficacement la couche isolante (100) de la trace métallique et d'éviter le problème de mauvais affichage.
(ZH) 本公开提供一种显示器件结构及具有该结构的柔性显示器,显示器件结构包括绝缘层(100)和设于其下方的下层金属走线(130)。其中,绝缘层(100)的未对应下层金属走线(130)的部分形成有多个容置结构,多个容置结构的至少其中之一设有金属柱(120)。本公开利用开设在绝缘层(100)的多个容置结构分散了绝缘层(100)所受的应力。并且,通过将金属柱(120)设置在容置结构中,进一步加强了结构强度。通过上述设计,本公开能够使其绝缘层(100)不会轻易断裂,即使发生断裂,断裂也将集中在绝缘层开设有容置结构的部分,即避开了绝缘层(100)的对应于金属走线的位置,从而有效的保护了金属走线的绝缘层(100),避免显示不良的问题出现。
