Abstract:
(EN) A laser cladding device, used for receiving an incident beam and converting the incident beam into a focused beam, so as to form a focus on a substrate. The laser cladding device comprises a support base (1) and a nozzle (2) located below the support base, the support base (1) being provided with a beam splitter mirror (3), at least two reflection focusing mirrors (4) and an adjustment bracket (5) used for fixing and adjusting the position of each reflection focusing mirror (4), the beam splitter mirror (3) receiving the incident beam and reflecting the incident beam, so as to form a reflection beam, and the reflection focusing mirrors (4) receiving the reflection beam and converting the reflection beam into the focused beam.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de placage au laser, utilisé pour recevoir un faisceau incident et convertir le faisceau incident en un faisceau focalisé, de façon à former un point focal sur un substrat. Le dispositif de placage au laser comprend une base de support (1) et une buse (2) située sous la base de support, la base de support (1) étant pourvue d'un miroir diviseur de faisceau (3), d'au moins deux miroirs de focalisation de réflexion (4) et d'un support de réglage (5) utilisé pour fixer et ajuster la position de chaque miroir de focalisation de réflexion (4), le miroir diviseur de faisceau (3) recevant le faisceau incident et réfléchissant le faisceau incident, de manière à former un faisceau de réflexion, et les miroirs de focalisation de réflexion (4) recevant le faisceau de réflexion et convertissant le faisceau de réflexion en faisceau focalisé.
