Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a separable bridge pier anti-collision system, comprising an anti-collision body provided surrounding a bridge pier column and fixed by means of welding and machining to a steel plate pre-embedded on a bearing platform, characterised in that the anti-collision body comprises an air isolation layer (2), an inner lining drum (3), a buffer layer (4) and an anti-collision layer (5); the air isolation layer (2) envelops the bridge pier column, the inner lining drum (3) envelops the air isolation layer (2), the buffer layer (4) is provided surrounding the inner lining drum (3), and the anti-collision layer (5) envelops around the buffer layer (4); and a bottom end of the anti-collision body is fixedly connected by means of welding to the pre-embedded steel plate on the bearing platform. The separable bridge pier anti-collision system has advantages such as excellent energy absorption effects, being replaceable, low cost of maintenance, and being environmentally friendly.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système anti-collision de pilier de pont séparable, qui comprend un corps anti-collision prévu autour d'une colonne de pilier de pont et fixé au moyen de soudage et d'usinage à une plaque d'acier pré-incorporée sur une plateforme portante, caractérisé en ce que le corps anti-collision comprend une couche d'isolation d'air (2), un tambour de revêtement intérieur (3), une couche tampon (4) et une couche anti-collision (5) ; la couche d'isolation d'air (2) enveloppe la colonne de pilier de pont, le tambour de revêtement intérieur (3) enveloppe la couche d'isolation d'air (2), la couche tampon (4) entourant le tambour de revêtement intérieur (3), et la couche anti-collision (5) enveloppe la couche tampon (4) ; et une extrémité inférieure du corps anti-collision est reliée de manière fixe par soudage à la plaque d'acier pré-incorporée sur la plateforme portante. Le système anti-collision de pilier de pont séparable présente des avantages tels que d'excellents effets d'absorption d'énergie, le fait d'être remplaçable, un faible coût de maintenance, et le fait d'être respectueux de l'environnement.
