Abstract:
(EN) A delayed test strip making apparatus, comprising a pipeline transmission device; the pipeline transmission device comprises a plurality of band plate structures which are connected end to end and can move forward along the length direction; an initial loading mechanism, an anti-damage laminating mechanism, and an auxiliary folding mechanism are sequentially arranged along the pipeline transmission device. Loading, laminating and folding which are manually completed originally are completed by means of three steps via reasonable mechanical design. The apparatus is excellent in practical effect, reasonable in structure, high in output efficiency and low in damage rate, and has no damage to NC film strips.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de fabrication de bandelette réactive différée, comprenant un dispositif de transmission en pipeline ; le dispositif de transmission en pipeline comprend une pluralité de structures de plaque de bande qui sont reliées bout à bout et qui peuvent se déplacer vers l'avant dans la direction de longueur ; un mécanisme de chargement initial, un mécanisme de stratification anti-endommagement et un mécanisme de pliage auxiliaire sont disposés successivement le long du dispositif de transmission en pipeline. Le chargement, la stratification et le pliage qui sont effectués manuellement à l'origine sont effectués au moyen de trois étapes par le biais d'une conception mécanique raisonnable. L'appareil a un excellent effet pratique, une structure raisonnable, un rendement de sortie élevé et un faible taux d'endommagement, et n'endommage pas les bandelettes de film NC.
(ZH) 一种延迟试纸条制作装置,包括有流水线传输装置;该流水线传输装置包括多个首尾相连、可沿长度方向前行的带板结构;沿着流水线传输装置依次设有初始装载机构、防损坏贴合机构、辅助翻折结构。通过三个步骤,将人工完成的装载、贴合、翻折通过合理的机械设计完成,具有实际运用效果好、结构合理、不会损坏NC膜条,产出效率高,破损率低的特点。
