Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for preparing a tubular target material, comprising: choosing a stainless steel backing tube subjected to cleaning and a roughening treatment; spray coating a transition layer onto the surface of the stainless steel backing tube by means of a plasma spray coating method, an electric arc spray coating method, an ultrasonic flame spray coating method or a cold spray coating method in an atmosphere, in order to obtain a stainless steel backing tube containing the transition layer; and spray coating a target material layer onto the surface of the stainless steel backing tube containing the transition layer by means of a plasma spray coating method in an atmosphere. Also disclosed are another method for preparing a target material and a target material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau cible tubulaire, consistant : à choisir un tube de support en acier inoxydable soumis à un nettoyage et à un traitement de rugosification ; à revêtir par projection une couche de transition sur la surface du tube de support en acier inoxydable au moyen d'un procédé de revêtement par projection plasma, d'un procédé de revêtement par projection à l'arc, d'un procédé de revêtement au pistolet à flamme ultrasonore ou d'un procédé de revêtement par projection à froid dans une atmosphère, afin d'obtenir un tube de support en acier inoxydable contenant la couche de transition ; et à revêtir par projection une couche de matériau cible sur la surface du tube de support en acier inoxydable contenant la couche de transition au moyen d'un procédé de revêtement par projection plasma dans une atmosphère. L'invention concerne également un autre procédé de préparation d'un matériau cible et un matériau cible.
