Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are an atomization device and method for preparing a metal alloy powder. The device comprises a body (1) provided with an atomization chamber (3), the atomizing chamber (3) comprising: an inlet, the inlet being configured to introduce a metal alloy liquid; a high pressure inert gas pipe system (8), the high pressure inert gas pipe system (8) being configured to provide a high pressure inert gas as an atomization medium and power for the metal alloy liquid introduced into an atomization zone of the atomization chamber, in order to atomize the metal alloy liquid; and an oxygen-containing gas pipe system (12), the oxygen-containing gas pipe system (12) being configured to transport an oxygen-containing gas into the atomization zone to passivate the surface of the metal alloy powder obtained after atomization.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'atomisation et un procédé de préparation d'une poudre d'alliage métallique. Le dispositif comprend un corps (1) doté d'une chambre d'atomisation (3), la chambre d'atomisation (3) comprenant : une entrée, l'entrée étant configurée pour introduire un liquide d'alliage métallique ; un système de tuyau de gaz inerte à haute pression (8), le système de tuyau de gaz inerte à haute pression (8) étant configuré pour fournir un gaz inerte à haute pression comme milieu d'atomisation et de l'énergie pour le liquide d'alliage métallique introduit dans une zone d'atomisation de la chambre d'atomisation afin d'atomiser le liquide d'alliage métallique ; et un système de conduite de gaz contenant de l'oxygène (12), le système de conduite de gaz contenant de l'oxygène (12) étant configuré pour transporter un gaz contenant de l'oxygène dans la zone d'atomisation pour passiver la surface de la poudre d'alliage métallique obtenue après atomisation.
