Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus and method for separating gas with a hydrate method. The apparatus comprises a liquid mixer (15), a liquid cooler (13), an air inlet pipe (5), a gas cooler (17), and a hydrate producing and decomposing tower (8); liquid in the liquid mixer (15) is cooled by the liquid cooler (13) and then enters, together with the mixed gas cooled by the gas cooler (17), a plate tower of an upper tower section (803) to perform counterflow mass and heat transfer and generate a hydrate slurry; the purified gas is extracted from the top of the tower; the hydrate slurry is decomposed in a lower tower section (809), and then the gas is extracted from a decomposed gas outlet (801). By means of the apparatus, continuous separation the mixed gas is achieved by the hydrate method, and blockages of pipes and devices are effectively avoided.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de séparation de gaz avec un procédé d'hydrate. L'appareil comprend un mélangeur de liquide (15), un refroidisseur de liquide (13), un tuyau d'entrée d'air (5), un refroidisseur de gaz (17), et une tour de production et de décomposition d'hydrate (8); le liquide dans le mélangeur de liquide (15) est refroidi par le refroidisseur de liquide (13) puis entre, conjointement avec le gaz mélangé refroidi par le refroidisseur de gaz (17), une tour à plateaux d'une section de tour supérieure (803) pour effectuer un transfert de masse et de chaleur à contre-courant et générer une suspension d'hydrate; le gaz purifié est extrait de la partie supérieure de la tour; la suspension d'hydrate est décomposée dans une section de tour inférieure (809), puis le gaz est extrait d'une sortie de gaz décomposé (801). Au moyen de l'appareil, une séparation continue du gaz mélangé est obtenue par le procédé d'hydrate, et des blocages de tuyaux et de dispositifs sont efficacement évités.
(ZH) 一种水合物法分离气体的装置与方法,装置包括液体混合器(15)、液体冷却器(13)、进气管(5)、气体冷却器(17)和水合物生成分解塔(8):液体混合器(15)中的液体经过液体冷却器(13)冷却后与来自气体冷却器(17)冷却的混合气体同时进入到塔上段(803)板式塔内进行逆流传质传热并生成水合物浆,塔顶采出净化后的气体,水合物浆进入塔下段(809)进行分解后气体由分解气出口(801)采出,实现了水合物法连续分离混合气体,同时有效的避免了管道和设备的堵塞。
