Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a fusion protein and a preparation method therefor. The fusion protein can improve in-vitro translation efficiency. A constitutive or inducible promoter (for example, pKlPGK1) is inserted in front of eIF4G in the fusion protein for increasing in-vitro protein synthesis ability.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une protéine de fusion et un procédé de préparation de celle-ci. La protéine de fusion peut améliorer l'efficacité de traduction in vitro. Un promoteur constitutif ou inductible (par exemple pKlPGK1) est inséré devant eIF4G dans la protéine de fusion pour augmenter la capacité de synthèse de protéines in vitro.
