Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing a flexible substrate of an OLED display panel, comprising: step S10, providing a glass substrate; step S20, preparing a first polyimide layer on the surface of the glass substrate; and step S30, preparing a buffer layer on the surface of the first polyimide layer. Step S30 comprises: step S301, preparing a silicon oxide layer on the surface of the first polyimide layer; and step S302, performing titanium ion implantation on the silicon oxide layer by using an ion implantation technology to form a mixed layer of titanium dioxide and silicon oxide.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un substrat souple d'un écran d'affichage OLED, comprenant : l'étape S10, consistant à utiliser un substrat en verre ; l'étape S20, consistant à préparer une première couche de polyimide sur la surface du substrat en verre ; et l'étape S30, consistant à préparer une couche tampon sur la surface de la première couche de polyimide. L'étape S30 comprend : l'étape S301, consistant à préparer une couche d'oxyde de silicium sur la surface de la première couche de polyimide ; et l'étape S302, consistant à réaliser une implantation d'ions titane sur la couche d'oxyde de silicium à l'aide d'une technologie d'implantation ionique pour former une couche mixte de dioxyde de titane et d'oxyde de silicium.
