Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing a highly stable and chemically resistant perfluoropolyether (PFPE) based on hexafluoropropylene (HFP) and oxygen as raw materials thereof. Fluorine is used as a chemical initiator, and hexafluoropropylene is copolymerized with oxygen to synthesize a PFPE with an average molecular weight of more than 1500. In the synthesis stage, the HFP and the oxygen are subjected to low-temperature oxypolymerization at -75°C to -40°C in the presence of the initiator, and then the peroxide group in the resulting PFPE peroxide is eliminated at 160-300°C, wherein the molar ratio of the HFP to the initiator is not lower than 25, the mass ratio of active oxygen (PO) in the peroxide in the resulting polyether to the whole PFPE is not higher than 0.015, a reactor filling material is a metal in Group VIII of the periodic table, and the PFPE obtained after peroxide elimination is subjected to terminal group treatment with fluorine gas at 120-260°C to remove a terminal acyl fluoride group.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’un perfluoropolyéther fortement stable et chimiquement résistant (PFPE) à base d’hexafluoropropylène (HFP) et d’oxygène comme matières premières de ce dernier. Le fluor est utilisé comme initiateur chimique, et l’hexafluoropropylène est copolymérisé avec l’oxygène pour synthétiser un PFPE avec un poids moléculaire moyen supérieur à 1 500. Dans l’étape de synthèse, le HFP et l’oxygène sont soumis à l’oxypolymérisation à basse température à -75 °C à -40 °C en présence de l’initiateur, et ensuite le groupe peroxyde dans le peroxyde de PFPE résultant est éliminé à 160 à 300 °C, le rapport molaire du HFP à l’initiateur n’est pas inférieur à 25, le rapport en masse de l’oxygène actif (PO) dans le peroxyde dans le polyéther résultant au PFPE entier n’est pas supérieur à 0,015, un matériau de remplissage de réacteur est un métal du groupe VIII du tableau périodique, et le PFPE obtenu après l'élimination du peroxyde est soumis à un traitement de groupes terminaux avec le gaz fluor à 120 à 260 °C pour retirer un groupe fluorure d’acyle terminal.
(ZH) 一种基于六氟丙烯(HFP)与氧气为原料制备高稳定、耐化学性的全氟聚醚(PFPE)的制备方法。采用氟气为化学引发剂,六氟丙烯与氧气共聚合成平均分子量大于1500的全氟聚醚,在合成阶段由六氟丙烯、氧气在引发剂的存在下于-75~-40℃进行低温氧化聚合,然后得到的聚全氟聚醚过氧化物在160~300℃下消除过氧化物基团,其中,六氟丙烯和引发剂的摩尔比不低于25,得到聚醚中的过氧化物中的活性氧(PO)与整个全氟聚醚的质量比不高于0.015,反应器填充材质为元素周期表第VⅢ族金属,过氧化物消除后得到的全氟聚醚在120~260℃用氟气进行端基处理用来除去端基酰氟基团。
