Abstract:
(EN) A priority-based customer follow-up method and system, an electronic apparatus and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring an appointed communication time point, an appointed communication duration and a customer type of each customer to be communicated with (S10); calculating a time difference between the appointed communication time point of each customer to be communicated with and the current time, and according to the calculated time difference, the appointed communication duration and the customer type, determining, according to a pre-set rule, a communication priority of each customer to be communicated with (S20); and displaying each customer to be communicated with according to the descending order of communication priorities (S30), so that a user prioritizes a customer to be communicated with with a higher priority. By means of the method, a user prioritizes a customer to be communicated with with a higher priority, thereby improving the efficiency of remote service marketing.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de suivi de client basé sur des priorités, un appareil électronique et un support d'informations lisible. Le procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent : à acquérir un instant de communication fixé, une durée de communication fixée et le type de client de chaque client devant prendre part à la communication (S10) ; à calculer une différence de temps entre l'instant de communication fixé de chaque client devant prendre part à la communication et l'heure courante, et, selon la différence de temps calculée, la durée de communication fixée et le type de client, à déterminer, conformément à une règle prédéfinie, la priorité de communication de chaque client devant prendre part à la communication (S20) ; et à afficher chaque client devant prendre part à la communication selon l'ordre décroissant des priorités de communication (S30), de sorte qu'un utilisateur donne une priorité plus élevée à un client devant prendre part à la communication. Au moyen du procédé, un utilisateur donne une priorité plus élevée à un client devant prendre part à une communication, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de la commercialisation de services à distance.
(ZH) 一种基于优先级的客户跟进方法、系统、电子装置及可读存储介质,该方法包括:获取每个待沟通客户的预约沟通时间点、预约沟通时长及客户类型(S10);计算每个待沟通客户的预约沟通时间点与当前时间的前后时间差,并根据计算出的前后时间差、预约沟通时长及客户类型,按预设规则确定每个待沟通客户的沟通优先级(S20);将每个待沟通客户按沟通优先级的高低排序进行展示(S30),以供用户优先处理优先级高的待沟通客户。该方法供用户优先处理优先级高的待沟通客户,提高远程服销的效率。
