Abstract:
(EN) An organic electroluminescent device and a display panel. The organic electroluminescent device comprises: a first anode (101), a first hole injection layer (102), a first hole transport layer (103), a first organic light-emitting layer (104) emitting second primary colour rays or third primary colour rays, a first electron transport layer (105), a first electron injection layer (106), a charge generation layer (107), a second electron injection layer (108), a second electron transport layer (109), a second organic light-emitting layer (110) emitting first primary colour rays, a second hole transport layer (111), a second hole injection layer (112) and a second anode (113) which are superposed successively. The present invention can reduce the difficulty in preparing a display panel, improve the resolution of pixels, and improve the product yield and save on costs.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif électroluminescent organique et sur un panneau d'affichage, le dispositif électroluminescent organique comprenant : une première anode (101), une première couche d'injection de trous (102), une première couche transport de trous (103), une première couche électroluminescente organique (104) émettant des deuxièmes ou des troisièmes rayons de couleur primaire, une première couche transport d'électrons (105), une première couche d'injection d'électrons (106), une couche de génération de charge (107), une seconde couche d'injection d'électrons (108), une seconde couche transport d'électrons (109), une seconde couche électroluminescente organique (110) émettant des premiers rayons de couleur primaire, une seconde couche transport de trous (111), une seconde couche d'injection de trous (112) et une seconde anode (113), qui sont superposées successivement. La présente invention permet de réduire la difficulté de préparation d'un panneau d'affichage, d'améliorer la résolution de pixels ainsi que le rendement du produit et de réduire les coûts.
